DYSAUTONOMIA
Dysautonomia is a disorder of the Autonomic Nervous System. The autonomic nervous system regulates certain body processes, such as blood pressure and the heart rate. The Autonomic Nervous System works automatically, without a patient's conscious effort. When a patient has Dysautonomia, the system can have overactive or underactive autonomic nervous system actions.
