- MAKE SURE YOU GET 8-9 HOURS OF SLEEP! STAY ON A GOOD SLEEP SCHEDULE.

- DRINK LOTS OF WATER, GATORADE, AND PEDIALYTE. 

- TAKE SOME REST DAYS. KNOW WHEN YOU HIT YOUR LIMIT AND ALLOW YOUR BODY TO REST.

- COMPRESSION SOCKS CAN HELP WITH BLOOD CIRCULATION.

- SPEAK WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO SEE IF MEDICATIONS, SUCH AS BETA BLOCKERS OR SALT TABLETS, WOULD BE HELPFUL.
